Q: Who can use the Spa? Is it only for guests of KeyLime Cove?

A: Paradise Mist Spa welcomes all guests, whether you are staying at the resort or just dropping in for a service. The spa is designed for guests age 18 and older. Younger guests are welcome to visit The Enchanted Lagoon Kids Spa.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Q: When should I arrive for my appointment?

A: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. First-time guests will be asked to complete a client profile. We promote relaxation, so we don’t advise rushing or missing a moment of your spa service. The spa has two relaxation rooms to settle in, read, or simply clear your mind and prepare for your service.

What should I wear to the appointment?

A: A spa robe and slippers are provided when you arrive. You will be assigned a locker in our changing area to stow street clothing, cell phone and other personal belongings during your stay with us.

How much do I tip?

A: For your convenience, an 18% gratuity is added for each spa service. If you experience exceptional service, you are welcome to leave additional gratuity for the spa staff at your discretion.

If I like the products used during my spa service, are they available for home use?

A: We do carry a variety of products by Pure Fiji, Phytomer and Soy Delicious candles that are available for purchase, to enjoy at home.
